Below are samples of our published Bareboat Charter Rates. If your charter is outside of these rates, i.e., fewer than 7 days, between 7 and 14 days and more than 14 days, download our Bareboat Rate Schedule, call or e-mail. Charters are booked by completing a Charter Reservation form, a Charterer’s Resumé form, and submitting 50% of the charter fee, Vessel Damage Waiver (VDW), optional Charter Cancellation Protection (if applicable), Captain's fee (if applicable) and 6% Florida Sales Tax. The balance (the other 50%) is due thirty (30) days in advance of the charter. Deposits are refundable (minus a $100.00 service fee and a fee equal to 3% of deposits if paid by credit card) up to sixty (60) days before the start date of the charter. See Yacht Charter Agreement for details. All rates are subject to change without notice. Check with us to confirm price and availability. One week is 7 days / 7 nights, two weeks is 14 days / 14 nights. Add 6% Florida Sales Tax. Prices include dinghy and outboard at no extra charge. You may board vessel anytime after 4:00 PM on the first evening, except if permitted earlier, in advance. First charter day begins at 8:30 AM the next morning and charter ends at 2:00 PM on the last day. Vessel must be returned to base by 2:00 PM and be fueled up, pumped out, cleaned and vacated by 4:00 PM. A 1 to 3 hour orientation will be conducted at or after 8:30 AM on the first day of charter with some exceptions. The mandatory Vessel Damage Waiver (VDW) is payable in advance (half at the time of booking, half with the charter balance) but is fully refundable in case of charter cancellation. A refundable security deposit of $400.00 payment is due in cash, cashier's check, or traveler checks upon boarding--refundable within 3 weeks of end of charter. The optional Charter Cancellation Protection (CCP) is payable in full and becomes effective at the time of booking. See Yacht Charter Agreement for details.
